He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Bouton and Rosie Bouton; and his brothers, James Bouton, Steve Bouton and Dwight Bouton.

He is survived by: his uncle Harley London. He is also survived by Nieces and nephews; many cousins, lots of friends.
