He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Eugene Minor Sr. and Emily Irene Edens. He is survived by: his wife Valorie Minor of Eagletown Oklahoma; his daughter Amanda Garrett of Hawkins, Texas; his stepchildren, Keri Meaney of Temple, Texas, Adam Mooneyham and Ben Mooneyham of Horatio, Arkansas; and his sisters, Cathy (Glen Stepp) of Mena, Arkansas, Judy (Said Mahmoudian) of Eagletown and Rebecca (Chris Anderson) of Lockesburg, Arkansas.
