He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Ross Keys and Ethel Keys (McClellan); and his brothers, Larry and William "Billy" Keys. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Gail Keys; his sons, Bruce Keys (Robin) of Dustin and Jason Keys (Jennifer) of Mississippi; his grandchildren, Cody Keys, Chelsea Marsden, Hannah Keys and Emma Keys; and his siblings, Regina and Jerry Keys. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
His contributions to martial arts earned him a rightful place in the martial arts hall of fame, a testament to his dedication and expertise.
