He was predeceased by: his father Sonnie Lewis; his son Shane Lewis; and his nephews, Taryn Lewis and Terrance Marshall. He is survived by: his mother Nannie Lewis (Watts); his daughters, Tara Simmers of Sapulpa, Lisa Simmers of Sapulpa and Melissa Lewis of Bristow; and his siblings, Minnie Lou McCulley of Dustin, Lela James (Richard) of Tulsa, Jerry Lewis (Beverly) of Dustin and Maggie Lewis of Weleetka. He is also survived by several grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
