She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Lewis-Kano and Mandy Hill (Starr); her grandsons, John Yackeschi and Dillon Harris II; and her nephew Alan Lewis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mandy Harjo (Brandon) of Dustin, Jackelyn Harrison of Wichita Falls and Paula Lewis of Okmulgee; her grandchildren, LeBryant Pigeon, Laila Butler, Alivia Butler, Leyah Davis, Jaylee Lewis, Jason Davis, Arianna Harrison-Harjo, AuBennie Harjo and Nehemiah Harjo; her siblings, Jim Starr of Okmulgee, Thomas Lewis of Tulsa, Sampson Lewis of Henryetta, Frances Lewis of Eufuala, Pauline Lewis of Tecumseh, Harley Lewis of Hanna, Chippie Lewis of Henryetta and Benjamin Hill, Jr of Okmulgee; and her stepmother Sissie Lewis of Hanna. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
