He is survived by: the mothers of children, Lena Proctor and His; his children, Lumber, Lydia Proctor of Holdenville, Bill, Minnie Proctor of Dewar, Charles Proctor of Oklahoma City, Jay, Teresa Proctor, Lizzie, Harold Haynes of Holdenville, Rhoda Proctor of Dustin, Emma Proctor of Henryetta, Eva Proctor of Dustin and Tina Proctor of Dustin; and his siblings, Johnny Leitka of Washington, Wisey Proctor of Harrah, Immogene Leitka Givens of Washington and Louise Ware of Dustin. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, & great-great-great grandchildren; Also by a host of friends and other relatives.
