He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Shippman of Durant; his children, John Shippman (Susan) of Oklahoma City and Carol McDaniel of Durant; his brother Pete Petecki of Ardmore; his siblings-in-law, Julia Petecki of Richardson and Cim Yeager (Shirley); and his grandchildren, Jeffrey Shippman, Breanna Roach (Daniel), Megan Dickson (Ryan), Erin McDaniel, Lesley McDaniel and Madesen McBride (Maxwell).
