He is survived by: his spouse Shirley; his children, Mike Tuggle (Linda) of Ada and Debbie Fisher (Larry) of Durant; his grandchildren, Billy (Carley), Sarah, Jeremy (Carli), David (Candice) and Dennis; and his siblings, Cora, Willa, Carolyn, Annetta and Gene. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
