It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Thomas (Durant, Oklahoma), who passed away on February 3, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may William find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Leroy Thomas Sr. (Choc) and Fay Rigdon Thomas; and his brothers, Homer Leroy Thomas Jr. and Robert Tate Thomas (Bob). He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Casey and Bobbi; and his sister Elizabeth Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Highland Cemetery Pavilion (1620 Cemetery Rd, Durant, OK 74701).
