He is survived by: his wife Angela Mullen (Morris) of Durant, OK; his children, Amanda (Shane Phillips) of Holdenville, OK, Casie (Travis Smith) of Booneville, IA, Starla (Zach Lee) of Edmond, OK and Nick Mullen of Post Falls, ID; his grandchildren, Abigail, Alexandria Phillips, Titus, Karis, Quinn and Caitee Lee; and his siblings, Billie Kinsey of Arlington, TX, Bobbie Main of Midlothian, TX, Sharon (James Halteman) of Venus, TX, Jennifer Mullen of Grand Prairie, TX and Larry David (Lynn Briggs) of Houston, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
