He is survived by: his significant other Sharon Risner of Wade; and his siblings, Sam Carter (Laura) of Bray, OK, Naomi Cathey of Ada, OK, Becky Toombs (David) of Achille, OK and Rachael Rice of Durant. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
