He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Weldon and Barbara Sue Pair (Presley); his siblings, Mark Pair, Weldon Pair and Johna Pair; his grandmother Rosie Pair; and his father-in-law Marvin Gross.

He is survived by: his former wife Sherry Smith; his wife Tammie; his children, Slader Pair of Enid, Sabastian Pair of Enid, Oklahoma, Shoshauna Pair of Enid, Stacia Pair of Enid, Destiny Rogers of Big Spring and Meagen Rogers of Caddo, Oklahoma; his stepdaughters, Kari Gross (Joseph Dunlap) and Baylea Gross; his siblings-in-law, Marvin Gross (Liz) of Big Spring, Texas, Betsy Stinson (Josh) of Yantis and Katie Gross of Big Spring, Texas; his mother-in-law Betty Gross of Big Spring, Texas; and his grandsons, Xavior Pair and Sulphur Ned. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
