He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Pete" Roosevelt Lewis and Ida Lorene Lewis (Sallee); and his siblings, Cecil "John" Lewis, Charles "Sonny" Lewis, Clytie Jo Gunkel, Bonnie Anglin and Laurel McDonald.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Roberts of Durant, Oklahoma.; his children, Shelley Lewis of Durant, Oklahoma, Clay Lewis (Amanda Cox) and Grady Lewis (Christa Lewis) of Monroe, Louisiana.; his grandchildren, Preston Lewis, Landry Lewis of Durant, Oklahoma, Avilyn Lewis and Mac Lewis of Monroe, Louisiana.; his sister Ann Chavers of Atoka; and his brother-in-law Ron McDonald of Calera. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
