She is survived by: her husband Bill Tuggle; her children, Mike Tuggle of Ada and Debbie Fisher of Durant; and her grandchildren, Billy, Sarah, Jeremie and David. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, and two brothers, and two sisters.
