We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2021, at the age of 79, Shirley James of Durant, Oklahoma, born in Hurdland, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mothers, Pearlie Shaver and Nina Shaver (Stice); her daughter Janet Gibbs; and the father of her children Richard James. She is survived by: her children, Brenda James of Caddo, Oklahoma, Michael James (Lisa) of Gulfport and David James of Durant, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Chris Gibbs, Brandon Williams (Brittney), Ashley Keeler (Sean), Phillip Williams (Therese Miller), Rhiannon James, Ashlynn Stroud, Aaron James and Cody James (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Addisyn, Braydon, Kynlee, Kyle and Holley; and her sister Mae Applegate. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
