She is survived by: her daughter Misty Ciaccio; her stepdaughter Lisa Ciaccio Sumner of Fort Worth, TX; her sister Karen Moore of Durant, OK; her grandchildren, Cassy Winfrey Vincent (Lawton) of Portland, TN and Isaiah Winfrey of Portland, TN; her great grandchildren, Faith, Jaxson and Kyla Mae; her aunt Jeanette Roberts of Madison, TN; and her uncle Jack Winfrey of Lebanon, TN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
