With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shane Barton (Durant, Oklahoma), born in Denison, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 19, 2024 at the age of 53. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, E. C., Earline Barton, Hugh and Hazel Hull. He is survived by: his parents, Buddy Barton (Kathy) of Sulphur and Olivia Barton (Sims) of Durant; his sons, Aaron Shane Barton (Katherine) of Caddo and Tanner Colt Barton (Candice) of Calera; his grandson Jaxen Shane Barton; his brother Bryan Barton (Kari Wingfield) of Calera; his niece Racey BryAnn Barton; his nephews, Braxton Cody Barton, Rylee Wade Barton and Landon Carter Barton; his great-nephew Grayson Wayne Webster; and his cousins, Gregory Plyler, Lisa Plyler, Ray Hull, Rena Hull, Tina Tickner and Jimmy Hull. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
