Morris (Drew Delaat) of Michigan; his stepdaughter Jessica D. Lemke (Mark) of Durant; his aunt Lisa O'Neal (James) of Brookville, Ohio.; his uncles, Tim P. Dunham (Rosie) of Brookville, Ohio. and Jerry R. Dunham of Englewood, Ohio.; and his great-aunt Barbara Jo Heimbrock (Steve).
