She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelby Knight and Dovie Knight; her husband Bobby Gene Tidwell; her son Larry Tidwell; and her siblings, Mae Johnson, Carley Riggs and Charles Knight.
She is survived by: her children, Shelby Tidwell of Durant, OK and Kim McGovern of Bokchito, OK; her brothers, Bob Riggs (Joyce) of McNeal, AZ and Marlin Knight (Margie) of Sanger, TX.; and her grandchildren, Spencer, Skyler, Andrew, Bobby, Heather, Savannah, Aaron, Dustin and Devin. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
