She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruel Raymond and Clara Pluma Choate (Smith); her husband Harry Dean Butcher; and her siblings, Donald Kenneth Choate, Jerry Raymond Choate, Lois Boatwright and Mary Choate.
She is survived by: her daughter Kellie Barker (Doug) of Durant. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family.
