He is survived by: his children, Brandon Tolley (Dusty) of Denison, Michael Nix (Lisa) of Howe, Rusty Tolley of Louisiana, Christie Tolley of Louisiana, Juston Tolley of Louisiana and Jessica Tolley of Many, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Joanna Tolley of Denison, Cheyanna Tolley of Denison, Ashley Nix of Howe, Randle Nix of Howe, Jocob Tolley of Bonham, Drake Tolley of Tom Bean and Chance Tolley of Gonzales, Texas; his children, Kajayla Hall of Many, Justina Cooper of Converse and Johnna Cooper of Converse, Louisiana; his great grandchild Rylee Ratcliff of Howe, Texas; his sister Becky Crawford of Kilgore, Texas; and his nephew Brian Crawford of Arkansas.
