He is survived by: his wife Maryellen West; his daughters, Amanda Lee Fox (Jerry) of Boswell, Elizabeth Marie Bridges (Windy) of Cartwright and Sharee Anne Shaffer (Shawn) of Caddo, Oklahoma; his brother Herbert West of Mesquite, Texas; his grandchildren, Adam, Makala, Allie, Konnor, Donavin, Kallista, Trinity, Gavin, Colt, Mackenzie, Dabney, Havin, Marshall, Jaxon, Miah, Devin, Autumn, Carson, Christopher, Hayden, Paytin and Dallas; his great grandchildren, Blakely and Lealah; and his nieces and nephews, Susan, William, Tammy, Jerry and Melissa. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and extended family.
