He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Franklin Webb and Katie Evelyn Webb (Thomas); his sons, Chris William Franklin Webb and Dwayne Kelvin Webb; and his siblings, Barbara Carter (Webb) and Franklin Ray Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Lyn Webb (Stamps); his children, Misty Gale Olsen (Eddie) of Milburn and David Edgar Webb (Adela) of Durant; his stepson Don Keith Forguson of Mannsville; his grandchildren, Emma Olsen, Troy Olsen, Damion Webb, Athena Webb, Hunter Forguson, Chloe Forguson and Chase Forguson; his brother John Thomas Webb of Wapanucka; his niece Tracy Carter (Tim); his children, Kalie, Noah of Milburn and Melanie Kallemeyn of Grand Junction; and his nephew John Eddie Carter (Sara) of Milburn, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
