She is survived by: her husband Justin Lee Buchanan; her mother Sheila Kathleen Folsom-Thompson (Joe Thompson) of Bennington, OK.; her siblings, Tisha Yvette Smith of Atoka, OK, Janna Rose Duncan of Tishomingo, OK, Nathaniel Jeffrey Folsom of Dickson, OK, Matthew Paul Folsom of Williston, ND, Joseph Daniel Folsom of Bennington, OK and Anna Marie Folsom of Dallas, TX.; and her children, Emma May Gann, Abby Joe Gann, Spencer Everette Allen Buchanan and Wyatt Paul Buchanan.
