She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Chalk and Ethel M. Sparks Chalk; her grandson Dustin Eggenberg (Angel); and her husband Hubert Eggenberg. She is survived by: her siblings, Irene Chalk Moore, Ralph Chalk (Mary), Helen Chalk Gray (Willie) and Mike Chalk (Marti); and her grandchildren, Russell Eggenberg Jr., Brandon Eggenberg, Phyllis J. Eggenberg and James Keith Eggenberg (Jeri). She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and their spouses, cousins and a host of friends and relatives.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Grace Baptist Church, Durant, OK, Falls Creek, Shriners Children's Hospital or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
