He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Brock Wade and Laura Louise Wade (Angle); and his sister Delores Lawory. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Wade (Ingraham) of Colbert; his children, Keith Parnell of Colbert, James Cole (Tammy) of Mead, Jolline Troy (Phillip) of Chandler and Linda Lake of Chandler; his grandchildren, Bailey Cole (Alex Beasley) of Denison, Steven Lake of Utah and John West of Chandler; his great grandchild Neo Beasley of Denison; and his nephew Oscar Goodman.
