She was predeceased by: her parents, Hearl Moberly Perkins and Ova Marie Perkins; her husband William Lambert (Don); her daughter Donna Helling; her grandson Craig Helling; and her siblings, Marylou Swindell (Buddy), Hearl Wesley Perkins (Mary Italy), Eugene Perkins (Jo), Donnie Perkins and Billy Perkins.
She is survived by: her sister Ann Patterson (Bob) of Edmond; her daughter Diana Rush (Michael); her grandsons, Nathan Rush of Nashville, Brian Rush of Nashville and Eric Helling of Chicago; her great grandchild Hope Vandiver of Cedar Park; and her sisters-in-law, June Pickens of Sherman and Penny Perkins of Hurst. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
