She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Burkhalter and Viola Burkhalter (Murrell Risner); her children, Alvin Risner, Sharon Risner Newton and Terry Risner; her son-in-law Jimmy Newton; her great great grandchild Annistyn Reese; and her siblings, Buck Cochran, Charles Haynie, Billy Glenn Burkhalter, Inez Pena, Elizabeth Maxey and Lena Anderson.
She is survived by: her spouse Murrell Risner; her close friend Janell Newton Adams; her grandchildren, Timmy Newton (Christy) of Durant, Tara Young (Coby) of Durant, Shawna Rumer (Chad) of Durant and Michael Risner of Durant; her great grandchildren, Madison Walker (Logan Walker) of Durant, Riley Reese (Dakota) of Colbert, Colton Stephens of Coleman, Cooper Stephens (Sassi) of Coleman, Colbey Stephens (Shaya Claxton) of Coleman, Tucker Rumer, Brock Rumer of Durant, Casen, Canten and Karsen Young of Durant; her great great grandchildren, Maddox, Aselyn Reese, Brinlee Walker, Zaylee, Zaxton Stehphens and Jasper Stephens; her daughter-in-law Shiela Risner; and her brother Keiller Burkhalter (Linda).
