She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Palmer and Leatha P. Palmer (Reddick); her former husband Vincent Coffey; her siblings, Ferrell Hawkins, Norman Hawkins, Juanita Dorsey, Velma Oliver, Jean McDaniels, Lavell Crain, Bob Palmer and Bernadine Glenn; her great grandchildren, Hunter Anderson and Cassandra Roberts; and her great great grandchild Shilo Schubert.
She is survived by: her stepfather Jay Hawkins; her spouse Von "Bud" Mulkey; her children, Terrell Coffey (Carol) of Hinton, Connie Moore (Robert) of Edmond, Tim Webster (Leslie) of Durant, Oklahoma., Jan, Cyndi Lilley, Randa Dowling (Jim Dowling) and Daryl Mulkey (Shannon); her grandchildren, Chris Coffey, Lance Coffey, Jami Majors, Staci Burrows, Ashli Anderson, Kerry Collins and Brody Webster; her great grandchildren, Zachary Coffey, Caitlin Coffey, Cord Coffey, Maci Majors, Reagan Majors, Blair Majors, Nick Borynack, Mitchell Borynack, Baylie Anderson, Ryli Anderson, Landon Christly, Kirsten Collins, Brock Webster and Grant Webster; her brother-in-law Don Glenn; and her nephew Bud Mulkey. She is also survived by her family, and many other dear friends.
