He is survived by: his children, Jenniffer Hendricks of Durant, Kelly Clark (James G.) of Mead, Oklahoma and Len Spellmann of Colbert, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Brett Spellmann of Utica, Oklahoma, Elizabeth Sullivan (Hal) of Durant, Jacqueline Washer (Matt) of Colbert and Malorie Clark of Mead, Oklahoma; his great grandchildren, Nora Sullivan of Durant and Emilia Sullivan of Durant, Oklahoma; and his niece Brandi Parker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
