He was predeceased by: his mother Ellen Keithley-Forrester; and his grandparents, Troy Keithley of Durant, OK. and Joyce Keithley of Durant, OK.. He is survived by: his sister Jessica Forrester-Nichols; his nieces, Ryenn Nichols and Brooklyn Nichols; his nephew Grayson Perry of Calera; his aunt Christy Keithley-Mullens of Durant; and his cousins, Lori Mullens-Kelly of Garland, TX, Ashley Mullens of Pottsboro, TX, Jillian Kelly of Garland, TX, Maddox Martinez of Dallas and Kylan Knapp of McKinney. He is also survived by aunts and uncles and cousins.
