He was predeceased by: his parents, James William and Mary E. Dancer (Latham); and his brother James David Dancer. He is survived by: his uncle Jack Dancer of Stillwater, Oklahoma; his nephews, Aaron Dancer (Jaimie) of Royce City, James William Dancer II and Zachary Michael Gervenak; his cousins, Diana Brown, Jannie Thiessen, Joyce Ann Borisy and Sheri Dykes; and his sister-in-law Robin Yocom.
