He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Johnson and Lavene Johnson (Brokeshoulder); his brothers, Calvin Johnson, Jim Johnson (Tiny), Ronnie Johnson and Bill Johnson; and his nephew Russell Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Andrea; his children, Alissa Marsch (Josh), Daniel Johnson and Ryan Johnson (Aleisha); and his sisters, Shirley Thompson (Edwin) of Marietta, Rita Scott (Larry) of Ada and Barbara Johnson of Marietta. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
