He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Foster and Roberta Foster; his brother Terry Foster; his cousin Lorin Cass; his brother-in-law Stan Burgess; and his great-nephew Jace Burgess.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Natalie Foster of Durant and Alan Foster (Nichole) of Edmond, OK.; his grandchildren, Seth Jones of Durant, Kaylee, Ezekiel, Lillian Lorine Foster of Edmond, Katie and Logan Shlosser; his sisters, Glenda Hall (Jim) of Piedmont, SD and Wendy Culler (Charlie) of Bryan, OH; his siblings-in-law, Peggy Burgess of Bixby, OK, Nancy Peterson of Tulsa and Tommy Oliver (Dominique) of Owasso, OK; his nieces, Darcie Frank, Jessica Culler, Stacey Burgess and Leslie Burgess; his daughter Amanda Horowitz; his nephews, James Junkins of Ocean Springs, MS, Andrew Peterson and Cameron Oliver; his niece Dani Oliver; and his friend Casey Bennett.
