She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Leon and Lydia Cummins (Cook); her husband Harold Dee Collins; her siblings, Dale Cummins and Joy Cummins; and her brother-in-law Bill Welch.
She is survived by: her children, Leon Collins of Caddo, Shellie Collins of Caddo, Tonya Davenport (Robert) of Caddo and Tracey Posey (Larry) of Wapanucka; and her siblings, Norman Cummins, Glenda Fisher (Leroy), Gloria Welch, Randy Cummins (Shirley), Newanna Dennett (Lloyd Harrison), Cherie Richardson (Kenny) and Rita Taylor (Frank). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren and numerous extended family and friends.
