He is survived by: his wife Yvonna Talley (Mexico); his daughters, Cheryl Luter of San Antonio, TX and Karla Luter of Garden Grove, California; his grandchildren, Matthew Luter and Nicole McLeod; and his siblings, Shirley Holtquist (Joe) of Pocahontas, AR and Thomas Luter (Carolyn) of Pocahontas, AR. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
