It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Drake of Durant, Oklahoma, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on September 7, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Eugene Sr. and Shirley JoAnn Drake (Jones). She is survived by: her sons, Chris Drake (Joy Parsons) of Durant and Brendan Drake of Durant, Oklahoma; her siblings, Billy Drake of Durant, Oklahoma and Sandra Loper of Poteau, Oklahoma; her nieces and nephews, Bobby Drake of Fittstown, Billy Drake III of Tulsa, Nicholas Kellam of Ft. Worth, Zack Kellam of Greenville, Texas and Ashley Boyer of Durant, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Tylan Drake, Alexis Drake, Kai Herold and River Faye Parsons-Drake.
