He is survived by: his parents, Earnest Coates and Nancy Evelyn Coates (Merritt) of Atoka, OK; his daughter Brooklyn Faith Coates of Lehigh, OK; his siblings, Robin Banks of Atoka, OK and Jody Coates of Seattle, WA; his aunts and uncles, Leslie, Pat Coates of Wichita Falls, TX, Doyal, Lucille Broughton of Atoka, OK, Alice and Jessie Hunt of Atoka, OK; his grandmother Irene Merritt of Coalgate, OK; and the mothers of child, Mary Horn of Lehigh, OK and Along. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
