He was predeceased by: his cousin Jeremy Wade Hall. He is survived by: his parent Terry Leah Jonaitis (Hall) of Fairbanks, Alaska; his wife Christie Halliburton of Durant, Oklahoma; his sons, Wade Jonaitis of Durant and Wriley Jonaitis of Durant, Oklahoma; his brother Patrick Jonaitis of Durant, Oklahoma; and his father Joe Jonaitis. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family and friends.
