He was predeceased by: his father Donald Ray Stephens. He is survived by: his mother Ladonna Kay Stephens (Pair) of Durant, Oklahoma; his children, Jimmy Stephens of Durant, Zachary Sheffield of Sulphur, Brandon Stephens of Texas, Kaylee Geren of Stillwater, Ashley Stephens of Durant and Tara Stephens of Durant, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Allen Stephens (Christie) of Durant, Oklahoma, Patricia Stephens of Durant and Latricia Nix (Ricky) of Durant, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
