He was predeceased by: his parents, Chafe Skinner and Mary Skinner (McCall); his wife Debra Skinner; and his siblings, Glinda, LaVern, Charlie, Tommie, Babe and Tutors.
He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Barker (Dennis) of Gainesville, TX, Stacie Byrd (Tim) of Paris, TX and Connie Dewees of Paris, TX; and his grandchildren, Desirae Barker, Dalston Barker, Timothy Byrd, Nathan Dooley, Desiree Dewees and Angel Dewees. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
