He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Hall of Durant, Oklahoma; his children, Jimmy Don Butler (Jennifer) of Durant, John Moreland Butler of Durant, Oklahoma, Gina Carol Salazar (Johnny) of Durant and Mattie Lee Green of Durant, Oklahoma; his siblings, Donald Lee Butler (Dorothy Faye) of Ladonia, Texas, Mary Jackson (Ronnie) of Tishomingo and Ellen Matthews (Tommy) of Sulphur Springs, Texas; his grandchildren, Kyla Cook, Valarie Butler, Karmen Comini (Angelo), Faith Giddeon (Michael), Summer Logan, Nina Butler, Abby "Max" Butler and Michael Salazar; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Medina and Logan Comini. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and a host of friends.
