He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Perkins (Tamara) of Durant, Anita Johnson (Jay) of Delaware, Ohio and Jason Perkins (John) of Napoleon, Ohio; his grandchildren, Caleb, Cali, Jared, Elizabeth, Hannah and Ian; his great grandchildren, Madden, Sutton and Tucker; and his siblings, Powell Perkins and Mary Rhoads.
