He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby Iona Cranford (Gray); his wife Mary Elizabeth Cranford (Wagoner); his parent N. C. Cranford; and his grandparents, Early Daughtry, Gertrude Estell Cranford (Elliott), Arley Prentice (A. P.) and Jeannie Elizabeth Gray (McCurdy).
He is survived by: his son Denis Wayne Cranford of Ft. Worth, TX; his siblings, Carol Ware (Cranford) of Pasadena, TX, Pam Manners (Cranford) of Calera, OK, Susan Rogers (Eldon) of Norman, OK and Eddie Cranford (Carolyn) of Achille, OK; and his close friend Diana White of Durant, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Camp El Tesoro de la Vida (grief camp for children who have lost a parent or sibling due to death).
