It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennifer Cuesta of Durant, Oklahoma, born in Levelland, Texas, who passed away on October 31, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward and Betty Ruth Jones (Bridwell); her sister Jana; and her grandson Mason. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Braulio Manuel Cuesta of Durant, Oklahoma; her children, Julie K. Cuesta-Naifeh (Michael) of Charlotte, Jancie K. Shelburne (Jeffrey) of Durant, Oklahoma and Braulio Jay William Cuesta of Durant, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Hanna, Jaxon and Jaycie (Matthew); and her great grandchild Jamison. She is also survived by niece; a nephew; numerous cousins as well as other extended family.

A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Highland Cemetery (1620 Cemetery Rd, Durant, OK 74701).
