With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jennie Wright of Durant, Oklahoma, born in Tuscumbia, Alabama, who passed away on September 23, 2024 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jennie Wright to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Lee Crittenden and Bertha Mae Crittenden (Rogers); and her siblings, Thomas Crittenden Jr., Lee Oneal Crittenden, Sidney Crittenden, Lila Marie Randolph and Deborah Alford (Sidney) of Crockett, TX.
She is survived by: her sons, Blake Wright (Shelly) of Durant and Jeff Wright (Shawna) of Durant; her grandson Alexander Wright (Jade); her great grandchild Oliver of McKinney, TX; her grandsons, Michael Wright of McKinney, TX, Jacob Wright of McKinney, TX and Holden Wright (Elizabeth); her great grandchildren, Quincy and Emry of Durant; her grandson Landry Wright (Jaysa); her great grandchild Lyla of Durant; and her siblings, Jewell Fenell (Mike) of Crockett, TX and Billy Crittenden (Marty) of Houston, TX. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brown's Funeral Chapel (4900 W Hwy 70, Durant, OK 74701). The inurnment was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Fennell Garden of Memories (494 Private Rd, Crockett, TX 75835).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested to please donate in Jennie's memory to the First Baptist Church 124 Evergreen St. Durant, OK 74701.
