She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Leach and Docie Leach; her husband Frank Ray Armstrong; her siblings, Norman Leach, Rex Leach, Juanita Hart and Olean Francis; and her sister-in-law Betty Jean Wells.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Armstrong, Debbie Speers (Steve) and Greg Armstrong (Melinda); her brothers-in-law, Charles Armstrong (Peggy) and Rick Armstrong (Teri); and her grandchildren, Staci Allen, Stephanie Wingo, Alexis Armstrong, Tylon Armstrong and Darren Armstrong. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
