It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jason Wade of Durant, Oklahoma, born in Claremore, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 18, 2021, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Crosby Jones, Evaline and Tecumseh Wade; his aunts and uncles, Jacob, Trudy Bohanon, Jo, Eli Roberts and Randy Jones; and his cousins, David Bohanon, Barbara Giddens, Ricky Roberts and Marvin Roberts.

He is survived by: his parents, Roosevelt Wade and Vicky Wade of Broken Bow; his sister Dana Wade Cogburn of Texarkana, AR; his uncle Ralph Jones of Claremore, OK; and also Emily Cogburn of Texarkana, AR. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and many, many friends.

“my name is Michael daniels. me and my wife cintina work with Jason at the dept of juvenile services for years. we called him big wagon. Jason was such a good guy always smiling and laughing. big wagon will surely be missed. even tho I haven't seen big wagon, physically in years, I will never forget the impact that his friendship had on me and my family. Jason was just a great person and human being. it's not often that you met some one like big wagon. big wagon I hope you are smiling in heaven.”
