He is survived by: his wife Betty Garrard; his children, Peggy Spencer (Norman) of Durant, Brenda Crow (Ray) of Durant and Ted Garrard (Sherri) of Blanchard; his grandchildren, Cody Spencer (Leslie) of Bokchito, Nick Spencer (Amanda) of Durant, Josh Spencer (Shi) of Duncan, Brad Stevenson (Maegan) of Sherman, Blake Garrard (Trisha) of Blanchard, Cory Garrard (Josie) of Blanchard and Sara Stevenson of Austin, Texas.; his great grandchildren, Rachel Spencer, Sam Spencer, Peyton Spencer, Ian Spencer, Jaxon Spencer, Caynon Spencer, Brantly Garrard, Jake Garrard and Reiley Stevenson; and his brothers, Jackie Ray Garrard (Janet), Bill Davenport (Kay), Don Davenport and Jim Davenport (Donna). He is also survived by his kids/grandkids/great grandkids.
