She is survived by: her children, David W. Churchill (Shannon) of Pottsboro, Texas and Shannon C. Bozarth (Greg) of Walland, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Torrey Tynes, Aynsley Oller, Kendyl Ramsey, Sydney Blain and Taylor Howard. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
